Will you list my house, or are you actually buying it?
We're actually buying it. We're not agents and we don't list houses on the MLS. We're professional home buyers who purchase North Texas properties that meet our buying criteria, either to hold as rentals, resell to other investors, or pass along to first-time buyers.
Do you pay a fair price?
Yes. We base our offers on comparable sales of similar properties in similar condition, aiming for a transaction that works for both sides. If you've received a lowball offer from another “we buy houses” company, give us a call. We're happy to show you how we arrived at our number.
How do you determine my offer price?
We look at your property's location, condition, and recent comparable sales in the area. It's a straightforward process, and we're glad to walk you through exactly how we got to your number.
Are there any fees or commissions?
No. When we make you an offer, we cover the closing costs, doc fees, and the title company's cut. It's all spelled out in your Purchase & Sale Agreement, so there are no surprises.
Does my house need to be in good condition?
No. We buy houses as-is, in any condition, from move-in ready to needing major repairs. You don't need to clean, fix, or update anything before we make an offer.
How fast can we close?
As fast as 7 days, if that's what you need, or on whatever timeline works better for you. You choose the closing date.
Am I obligated to accept your offer?
Not at all. Our offers are no-obligation. You're free to take the time you need to decide, and there's no pressure or cost to you either way.
